Shipping policy

Once an order is received, the shipment will be made as soon as possible.  We have multiple product fulfillment locations.  Transit time will vary depending on where the item is being shipped from. 

It's best to call the store for orders (252) 995-5000 with multiple larger items for a reduced custom shipping price.  Many times we can greatly reduce the shipping cost for multiple products shipping together like sails, masts, extensions etc by packing them into one box.   

 Choose the "Pick Up In Store Option" to pick the item up at Ocean Air Sports.  While most of our products are readily available in the store at Ocean Air Sports, some items that are shipping from one of our warehouses may take 3-7 days to arrive to the store.  Please plan your pickup ahead of time.
